Tim Albertsen has more than 25 years’ experience in the leasing and fleet management industry, including roles at Avis Leasing, Avis Rent a Car, and Hertz Lease, which was acquired by ALD Automotive in 2003. Before being appointed ALD’s CEO in 2020, his posts included Regional Manager in the Nordic and Baltic countries, General Manager at Hertz Lease Denmark, Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President and Deputy CEO, where he played a key part in the company’s successful listing on the Euronext Paris stock exchange. Tim holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in business administration from, respectively, the University of South Denmark and Copenhagen Business School.
