    At this point, if we feel a spark, we’ll invite you to share more information with our hiring team.

  4. Getting to know one another.

    Next, we'll go through several screening, assessment and/or interview steps, depending on the role you’ve applied for and what the job requires.

  5. Decision time.

    We’ll let you know whether we think you’re the right candidate for the role. If you feel the same way, we’ll begin the onboarding process and welcome you to Ayvens!
