Your future role.

-You are the cutting point between specialist departments, customers and insurance partners
-You are the first point of contact for insurance inquiries, prepare them and monitor the further process
-You take care of data entry (offer/application/cancellation data/reorganization)
-You support the Insurance Sales Consultants in order to jointly guarantee optimal customer care
-You prepare standardized and individual reports (internal/external)
-You create presentations
-You work on insurance-related projects
-You actively participate in the design of processes and thus help to make procedures within the company more efficient

This puts you in pole position.

-You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
-You already have 2-3 years of professional experience
-You score points with your Excel skills and terms such as “pivot tables or S-references” are no foreign words to you
-You enjoy process optimization and are open to change
-You have a talent for organization, a high degree of creativity and solution orientation 
-You work independently, in a structured manner and are good at prioritizing
You have a team-oriented personality and always focus on the customer in all decisions
-You have very good written and spoken German and English skills


Salary

For this position we offer a minimum salary of € 2,400.00 gross per month, depending on qualifications and professional experience, with a willingness to overpay.
