The first step in the Ayvens recruitment process is your application. If we believe you are a good fit for the role and offer you a job, you’ll participate in a comprehensive onboarding programme to ensure a smooth start in our dynamic organisation.

Five steps to successful applications and careers

Our recruitment process

  1. 1. Online application

    Let’s get started! Upload your application documents on our job portal, and don’t forget to let us know your salary expectations.

  2. 2. Application review

    As soon as we receive your application, we’ll send you confirmation of receipt. Then we’ll review your documents and get back to you.

  3. 3. First interview

    You'll be invited to a virtual interview with a representative from the relevant department and a member of the HR team. We’ll discuss your goals, motivation, the content of your new job and our expectations.

  4. 4. Second, more in-depth interview

    At your second face-to-face interview with additional people from the relevant department and HR, you can expect to ask and answer more in-depth questions. Depending on the position you’re applying for, you may be asked to complete a task. You’ll also have the opportunity to see your potential future workplace and meet the colleagues who work there.

  5. 5. Job offer and onboarding

    Congratulations! We think you’re the right person for the job, and it’s time to start our journey together! Once you’ve signed the employment contract we send you, you’re part of the Ayvens team. We’re looking forward to having you on board!

Our onboarding programme

We want to make sure you get off to a great start, so your future team leader will share key information in advance about your first day at work. We’ll ensure that all necessary hardware, such as your laptop, is ready for you. Depending on your position, that can include a company car or a company mobile phone.

Welcome to the team

In your first few days at Ayvens you’ll meet your new colleagues and receive your onboarding schedule, which includes both general and job-specific content. The other team members will be happy to answer any questions you have. Our Intranet is another great source of information about our systems, current events, news and lots of other things. On a hybrid Welcome Day, the HR and management teams will welcome you and all the other new team members. This event gives us the opportunity to get to know each other and introduce you to our culture and values – so that our journey together at Ayvens is a success.

Once you are familiar with your own department’s processes and workflows, you’ll take a one-week tour of the entire organisation. This gives you the opportunity to find out what the other departments do as part of a small team and to network with other colleagues.
