Our ESG strategy is deeply rooted in our corporate culture. Ever since the day we were established, we have been serving the interests of our customers, business partners, employees, the local community, the environment and society. This commitment goes beyond compliance with legal requirements. It pervades all areas of our operations – from strategic decisions to daily activities.
As a fast-growing organisation in the mobility sector, we recognise our responsibility to address climate change. We aim to do the right thing and to uphold the integrity of our industry, and we see it as our duty take seriously our responsibility for protecting our planet and to actively engage in environmental initiatives.

Ayvens Group ESG strategy: PowerUp 2026
We published our global three-year PowerUp 2026 plan in September 2023, and we continue to pursue its ambitious objectives in order to position ourselves at the centre of the changing mobility world, to extend our competitive lead and to become the world’s leading provider of sustainable mobility services. The plan focuses on our ESG responsibilities and our four-dimensional approach to sustainability.

PowerUp for customers
Our ambition is to make it easier for our clients to access sustainable mobility. We aim to take on a pioneering role by being a one-stop shop with the broadest client reach, geographical coverage and the largest distribution capabilities. We offer innovative products and solutions that are continually adapted to changing market requirements to our client base across all sectors. Our focus on Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS), customer experience, multicycle leasing and digital services will set new standards in the industry.

PowerUp Operational efficiency
Efficiency is at the heart of our strategy. We are endeavouring to ensure that the integration of ALD and LeasePlan is efficient and seamless. We also intend to leverage our procurement synergies and market leadership position to reduce costs and increase our cost-to-income ratio. At the same time, we aim to achieve a first-class level of operational efficiency by developing the most efficient, scalable global operating platform.

PowerUp Responsibility
ESG and risk management are at the core of our strategy. We will continue to lead the way in sustainable mobility by providing our clients with sound advice on the most environmentally friendly decisions. Our commitment is reflected in the promotion of the transition to electric vehicles (EVs) and our ambitious decarbonisation targets. We also invest in our employees and talent, promoting a culture of ownership and accountability and taking a responsible approach to risk.
