Company car returns
Is it almost time to return your company car?
It has been a pleasure assisting you throughout the duration of your lease. To ensure a smooth return process, please read the following information carefully and work through the vehicle return checklist.
This is how to prepare for returning your vehicle:
- 1 Vehicle return notifications
If you are a company car driver, please consult your fleet manager beforehand.
Notify us of your vehicle return in writing at least 5 and no more than 30 working days in advance using the vehicle return form. You will then receive an access link that allows you to plan and track the return process for your vehicle.
Possible return locations
You can return your vehicle at the following locations:
- Your company headquarters
- Your home address
- The supplying car dealership/trader (if contractually agreed). Returns to a different dealership/trader are not possible.
- Returns to our used car depot in Dorfmark by you: please follow the instructions in the access link.
- 2 Returning a vehicle
Returns from the company headquarters or your home address
- Our service provider will call your designated contact to schedule the exact collection date.
- When you return the vehicle, a return report is drawn up together with you. It documents the condition of the vehicle (visual inspection inside and out) and any obvious defects on the vehicle at the time of return. The return report does not replace the expert appraisal, which forms the basis of our final settlement with your employer.
If the vehicle is returned to the dealership

Retrofitted accessories/tuning are only permitted with prior authorisation. At the time of return the vehicle’s original condition must have been restored at your expense. Otherwise we reserve the right to charge your employer for dismantling and delay costs.
Stickers/adhesive residues must be completely removed before returning the vehicle, otherwise reworking will be charged to your employer.

- 4 Vehicle appraisal
The vehicle is inspected
- at our return points after collection or
- at a supplying car dealership/trader before collection (if contractually agreed). If you return the vehicle to a car dealership, the vehicle may no longer be used and the vehicle condition cannot be changed after inspection.
Damage to the vehicle that is not typical in terms of mileage or service life is assessed in accordance with our fair and transparent vehicle valuation criteria.

Would you like to buy the vehicle?
