Vehicle returns for fleet managers

Are you a fleet manager wanting to notify us of an Ayvens vehicle return? Use the following form to notify us of leased vehicle returns.

Important: The vehicles must be available for 10 days from the return date you specify. Our forwarding agent will call your named contact to schedule the pick-up date. A copy of your return notification will be sent to the email addresses you have provided for your information.

Fair and transparent vehicle valuation criteria

Obviously, a company car is going to suffer scratches or minor dents with use. If the damage matches the age and mileage of the vehicle, it is irrelevant to the valuation. However, major damage reduces the value. You can refer to our Value Reduction Table to see the deductions that are made depending on age and mileage.
