Is your leased vehicle due to be returned? We take care of everything that needs to be done. Our carrier arranges the collection date with your driver.
Obviously, a company car is going to suffer scratches or minor dents with use. If the damage matches the age and mileage of the vehicle, it is irrelevant to the valuation. However, major damage reduces the value. You can refer to our Value Reduction Table to see the deductions that are made depending on age and mileage.
Our damage assessment process is no secret. We believe it’s important to treat our customers fairly. That's why we disclose our assessment criteria upfront and use independent appraisers. See for yourself!
After the valuation we arrange for the returned vehicles to be remarketed for the best possible prices. We do this in our daily online auctions with used car dealers in Germany and abroad.
