ALD Automotive I LeasePlan in Sweden merge and launch a new global brand
Today, we introduce Ayvens – the brand that unites the former ALD Automotive and LeasePlan into a single company. The merger and launch of Ayvens in Sweden is a result of ALD Automotive's global acquisition of LeasePlan, which took place in May 2023.
ALD Automotive I LeasePlan, founded in Sweden in 1996, is one of the market leaders in Sweden in operational car leasing, electrification, fleet management and other solutions for sustainable mobility.
By combining the strengths and competencies of both companies, the company saw an opportunity to redefine mobility for a better future.
