Change of Email Domain

Dear Customers and Partners,

Following the rebranding of ALD Automotive Bulgaria as Ayvens Bulgaria in 2024, and as part of the global integration of our corporate systems, the company has completed its transition to a single email domain.

We would like to inform you that the @aldautomotive.com domain will no longer be used and is no longer part of the company's official communication channels. All employees and functional mailboxes now use email addresses with the @ayvens.com domain. The only change is the part of the email address after the "@" symbol.

We kindly ask you to update Ayvens contact details in your systems, internal directories, contracts and related documents, as well as in any other communication or operational processes within your organization, and to use only email addresses with the @ayvens.com domain going forward.

Any email addresses with the @aldautomotive.com domain that may still appear in existing contracts, appendices, correspondence, or other documentation should be considered as references to the corresponding @ayvens.com email addresses.

Effective immediately, messages sent to email addresses with the @aldautomotive.com domain will no longer be received by the company.

Thank you for your trust and partnership. Your satisfaction remains our top priority. This change does not affect the services we provide, our contractual relationships, or your designated points of contact. It is simply the final step in our transition to the global Ayvens brand identity.
