Maintenance, repairs and MOTs for company cars
Does your vehicle need maintenance, repairs or an MOT?
The maintenance and repair partners in our network offer maintenance work, vehicle services, wear & tear repairs and MOTs. We have negotiated discounted rates with them for many vehicle makes.
Please arrange maintenance, repair or MOT appointments exclusively with a workshop from our partner network. Ayvens cooperates with manufacturer and independent workshops in this area.
There are two ways to do this:
1. We recommend online booking via My ALD
The advantages of booking exclusively via My ALD:

Click here to go to the My ALD login area. Then click on “Werkstatttermin” (Workshop appointment, only available in German) and enter your desired date.
Please note that you can only book online if maintenance and repair services have been agreed for your vehicle.
2. Arrange your workshop appointment yourself
If you are unable to use our online booking system via My ALD, you can find you’re a nearest maintenance and repair partner using our location search. Please only use our partner network for maintenance, repairs, and MOT. We cooperate with manufacturer and independent workshops in this area.
You can choose between a radius search of all our partner workshops and a radius search exclusively for those partner workshops that offer the option of making an appointment (only available in German). You will be redirected to the website of our partner repareo GmbH.
Under “Area search” you will find our complete partner network for maintenance and repairs.
Please note that for workshop appointments that you make yourself using the proximity search, neither the pick-up and delivery service, a replacement vehicle, nor the car wash and vacuumed footwell are available.
For Tesla: Use our Tesla partner search or the Tesla app to find a partner for maintenance, repairs and MOT inspections near you.
Important information: What happens after I make an appointment?
Please take your Ayvens fuel and charge card or service card to the repair partner with you. It entitles you to have the necessary work done and the repair facility will then bill us directly. You can also use your Ayvens fuel and charge card or service card to purchase engine oil refills at any time without cash. Ensure that you comply with the manufacturer service intervals and do not request repair partners to install any accessories or perform any superficial repairs.
