We’ve simplified your work as our repair partner by putting all the data on our customers’ leased vehicles into an online service portal. As an Ayvens service partner, you have access to that portal.

How the service portal works

Simply enter a few details (licence plate number, current mileage, last four digits of the chassis number and date of first registration) on www.servicefreigabe.de to view the agreed services for the vehicle and the customer’s repair approval limit. You can also find work implementation guidelines, the current invoice address and information on goodwill arrangements on the portal. They enable you to issue correct invoices, which means fast and uncomplicated payments from us.
