No such tax exists in Croatia. Instead of that there is some local tax but it’s already included in sale price.
4. Can vehicles physically be seen before/during the auction?

1. Which documents (company registration document, vat number, id, etc.) are rqguired?
Copy of Court company register
Copy of an ID card or passport for Director of company
Copy of VAT registration
2. How long will it take to get access to the platform?

Start every Wednesday and end on Friday 12:00 hrs.

Tender.

For local Buyers invoice issued with VAT (25%), for export Buyers without VAT (25%).
2. VAT deposit?
Only for bidders outside Croatia / export (25%).
3. Proof of export document necessary to pay back the VAT deposit?
Yes, CMR document.
