End of your lease contract: what you need to know
When your lease contract with Ayvens comes to an end, you have three options: returning your lease car, extending the contract, or buy your lease car.
Returning your lease car
When your lease contract ends you can return your current lease car and hopefully lease a new one with us!. Returning your lease car is a simple process, designed for your convenience. Here are the three steps to guide you through the return process:
- Make a return appointment
- Return location is at Ayvens Croatia headquarters.
- Plan about 45 minutes for the entire process.
- Prepare your car for return
- Make sure the car is clean, both externally and internally
- Clear out personal belongings.
- Remove personal data from the navigation and phone systems and disconnect any apps.
- Ensure all keys, official documents, and accessories are ready for handover.
- On-site collection and inspection
- An independent assessor will assess the condition of the vehicle.
- Based on the assessment, they will prepare a detailed return record.
Extending your lease contract
Extending the existing contract ensures the continued driving of your reliable car. If you are interested in this option, your Key Account Manager will collect the necessary information from you to form an offer.
Buying your lease car
If you’re interested in buying your lease car, you can request a quote from your Key Account Manager. The purchase price of the vehicle is formed on the basis of the market prices of identical vehicles at the time of requesting the offer.
