Ayvens MHC Mobility Services (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between a group company of Mitsubishi HC Capital, a leader in financial services based in Japan operating globally in multiple sectors and Ayvens, a European company and global leader in auto leasing, fleet management, and mobility services. We provide innovative mobility solutions consisting of auto leasing for cars, vans, and pick-up trucks, both new and used models, for durations from 24 to 60 months, including extension possibilities. We also provide short-term flexible rental services for vehicles for durations from 1 to 24 months.
We focus exclusively on corporate clients to improve efficiency, save costs, and reduce the environmental footprint of their fleet. We serve diverse clients, including professional fleets for salesforces or field technicians, delivery fleets for logistics or last-mile delivery operations, position cars for management, and transportation vans for passengers.
What sets us apart from other leasing and renting companies is our professional advice and flexible usage contracts. Our powerful back-office system delivers precise quotes at multiple durations and kilometers; it also takes routine fleet management tasks away from our clients.
My Ayvens online reporting, accessible to clients, ensures better control of the fleet and simplifies monitoring kilometers and reporting obligations on CO2 emissions and costs. As we work with all OEM brands and are data-driven, our advice to clients is trusted.
This helps clients optimize model selection based on TCO (Total Cost of Ownership, including fuel and/or electricity), safety features, and CO2 emissions; we assist clients in creating their car policy based on their usage and needs.
We offer our clients bundled services, including no-surprise maintenance in an extended network of approved dealers and workshops, comprehensive first-class insurance, replacement cars, vehicle delivery, fuel cards (future), fuel control analytics, and door-to-door services where available.
We also offer EV leasing and home/workplace charging services through approved partners. Our fleet and driver management solutions are adapted to clients' preferences for tasks they prefer to handle directly internally or outsource to a trusted provider like us.
Sustainability is on the agenda of many corporate fleet clients in Thailand. With the support of our parent shareholders, we have solid expertise in fleet electrification to assist our clients in converting their vehicles to chosen EVs according to usage and driver profiles.
Our customer base includes Japanese companies, Thai companies, and global corporations active in Thailand across all industry sectors. Even though our joint venture was established recently in Q1 2023, we have more than 20 years of experience in the Thai market as the successor of Bangkok Mitsubishi HC Capital’s auto leasing business.
