Service and good customer experiences are important to us. If something went wrong, and you want to complain, we kindly ask you to use the formular below.
How the complaint process works:
- 1.When we at Ayvens receive your complaint, we make sure it gets assigned the relevant department.
- 2.You will hear from us within 5 business days after we've received your complaint.
- 3.If additional information is needed we will check in with you.
- 4.We aim to resolve your complaint and send you an answer within 4 weeks.
