Steps to take after a car accident in a leased vehicle:
- Send a claims form on mail
Reach out to our accident management team as soon as possible. We're available at forsikring.dk@ayvens.com . Our experts will provide you with guidance on the next steps.

- Call the claims department
If your car has been damaged, there are two things you can in order to claim the damage. You can either call our claims department at +45 3355 8060 - and we will fill out the claims form, and take care of all the practical. You can also call us Monday to Friday from 10.00 AM - 02.00 PM.
- Accident abroad?
Call roadside assistance via SOS Red Card.
If there has been damages to the car abroad, you have to fill out an international claim form.
Break-in and theft
Was your car stolen? Has there been a break-in? Or has someone taken the license plates? In any of these events it is important to do the following:
Vehicle theft
- 1.Report theft of the car to the police.
- 2.Contact Ayvens at +45 3355 8060.
Vehicle break-in
- 1.Report the break-in of the car to the police.
- 2.Contact Ayvens at +45 3355 8060.
- 3.Report the break-in to your own insurance company, if you have had any personal property stolen that might be covered by your personal/homeowner’s insurance.
- 4.If you have had tools, a computer, or other effects belonging to your company stolen, the break-in must be reported to your company’s fleet manager/insurance manager. Was your car stolen? Has there been a break-in? Or has someone taken the license plates? In any of these events it is important to do the following:
License plate theft
- 1.Report theft of the registration plates to the police.
- 2.Contact Ayvens at +45 3355 8060. We will prepare a document that you have to bring together with your Vehicle Registration Certificate to SKAT for getting new license plates.
- 3.Go to one of the 4 automotive centres or national license plate agencies to have the new plates issued. Get directions here
