The help you need, no matter where you are
If you need to report a claim, you can follow the steps below. Below, you will also find instructions on what to do if your car has been broken into or if the windscreen is damaged, for example by a stone chip.
Steps to take after a car accident in a leased vehicle:
- Send a claims form on mail
You can report the claim directly via My Ayvens.
Alternatively, you may choose to complete the claim form, which you can download from the link below, and send it to us by email at forsikring.dk@ayvens.com. If a third party is involved, please remember to obtain their name, telephone number, and registration number.
- Accident abroad?
Call roadside assistance via SOS Red Card.
If there has been damages to the car abroad, you have to fill out an international claim form.
Break-in and theft
Was your car stolen? Has there been a break-in? Or has someone taken the license plates? In any of these events it is important to do the following:
Vehicle theft
- 1.Report theft of the car to the police.
- 2.Contact Ayvens at +45 3355 8060.
Vehicle break-in
- 1.Report the break-in of the car to the police.
- 2.Report the break-in to your own insurance company, if you have had any personal property stolen that might be covered by your personal/homeowner’s insurance.
- 3.If you have had tools, a computer, or other effects belonging to your company stolen, the break-in must be reported to your company’s fleet manager/insurance manager.
License plate theft
- 1.Report theft of the registration plates to the police.
- 2.Contact Ayvens at +45 3355 8060. We will prepare a document that you have to bring together with your Vehicle Registration Certificate to SKAT for getting new license plates.
