Important info before returning your car
- Upon return, the car must have a minimum range of 150 km
- Damages must be reported to your insurance company and rectified before handing over the car. Your company may have opted for End of Contract insurance.
- If you have a subscription with Clever, E.ON, Spiriii or other company to be cancelled, contact kundeservice.dk@ayvens.com
- All car keys should be collected in a bundle and handed over at return.
- Detachable tow incl. key should be placed on the floor of the passenger seat. The cover must be removed.
- Original registration certificate (Part I) should be placed at the front passenger seat
- Lock tops for wheel bolts should be placed on the floor by the passenger seat
- You may keep any private equipment or accessories installed in the car as long as you can remove it without causing damage to the car.
- Fuel cards will be automatically blocked by Ayvens. Throw them away.

Tyres
Please note that there are special agreements for extra tyres or tyres. You can find information about your specific case in your leasing contract whether you have to bring your extra tyres when returning your vehicle, or if the tyres will be delivered from tyre storage to Ayvens after end of contract.
A thorough inspection
Our partner FDM, an independent third party, will inspect the car upon return and issue a condition report.
You will of course not pay for wear and tear and damage that is considered to have occurred through normal use of the car.

Return your vehicle at FDM
If your company does not have pick up and cleaning included as a part of the company agreement, the vehicle must be returned at a FDM-tescenter. You have to book time online. If your company has purchased a pick up and cleaning deal, the below does not apply to you.
You have to return the vehicle at a FDM-testcenter, and you have to book time in advance. You can book time for vehicle return with or without your presence. Please note that you have to book time even if you're just dropping your vehicle off.
The vehicle must be returned latest at the end of contract day, which can be found in My Ayvens.
If vehicle return date is on a weekend/holiday, please return the vehicle prior to that day.

Buy your lease car
Are you happy with your lease car? You can buy it, and that way you don't have to return in shortly. When there's 3 months or less to the end of your leasing contract, we can make you a quote.
