Ana-Maria Toma is the new Finance Director of Ayvens in Romania
Bucharest, February 2nd, 2026 – Ana-Maria Toma is the new Finance Director of Ayvens in Romania, a position she has held since December 2025, reporting directly to Shane Dowling, Country Managing Director of Ayvens in Romania.
With over 13 years of experience in finance, controlling and business strategy, Ana-Maria Toma brings extensive expertise in managing complex financial operations within international organizations. Prior to this appointment, she held a senior leadership position at Ayvens Service Center (formerly LeasePlan Service Center), which provides centralized finance services to Ayvens entities worldwide. In her new role, Ana-Maria Toma will oversee the company’s financial strategy in Romania, ensuring alignment with global objectives and actively contributing to the sustainable development of operations. In addition, she will play a key role in strengthening and further developing the finance function as a strategic partner to the business, with a strong focus on performance.

Ana-Maria Toma has over 13 years of experience in finance, controlling and business strategy within complex, international organizations. She joined Ayvens Service Center (formerly LeasePlan Service Center) in August 2017 and became a member of the leadership team, playing a key role in the organization’s expansion and operational maturity, supporting its growth to over 500 employees. During her tenure, Ana-Maria designed, built and led the Center of Financial Excellence, a strategic hub comprising more than 60 finance professionals covering FP&A, Business Controlling, Consolidation and Reporting, Holding Accounting, Treasury, Internal Control, Taxation and Data, delivering finance services at group level.
Throughout her career, Ana-Maria has consistently positioned the finance function as a value-creating partner to the business, combining financial discipline with strategic insight. She is also recognized for her strong commitment to leadership development, talent growth and fostering a performance-driven organizational culture.
Ana-Maria Toma holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, specializing in Accounting, Auditing and Management Information Systems.
