How to proceed if you're in an accident
Break-in and theft
For theft or break ins please first file a police report at the designated police station and get in touch with Ayvens afterwards. If your vehicle has been stolen, please notify the police first and contact us immediately after. Damage can be reported by accessing avizari.ayvens.ro and the damage file must be open within 24 hours. If you are not insured with Ayvens then please inform your insurance provider.

Make sure you have complete information about the event
The damage notification involves the following information about the event, provided by completing the damage questionnaire.
- The ID card of the driver / user
- Driving license of the person who drove the damaged vehicle
- Car registration certificate
- Amicable Accident Report / Police Report
- Guilty part documents (if the person responsible for the event is an identified third party): ID card, Driver's license, Registration certificate, RCA policy (if any)
