How we handle your complaint
Once we have received your complaint, we will forward it to the relevant department within the company. This department will usually contact you within 3 to 4 working days. We take every complaint very seriously. Please give us a little time to review your concern thoroughly. If we require further information during the processing of your complaint, we will contact you. We aim to resolve your complaint within 15 working days. If this takes longer, we will, keep you regularly informed of the progress.
