A wall box is the fastest and safest home charging solution. With a standard wall box with 11 kW charging power, you can fully charge your vehicle overnight or even in a few hours. Installation: in Switzerland, the installation must be carried out by a certified electrician to ensure compliance with all safety regulations. The installation usually costs around CHF 1,000–2,000. Please note: you should check with your grid operator that the charging power of your wall box does not exceed the capacity of the house connection.
Please hand over all sets of keys, vehicle documents, service books, accessories and, where applicable, the second set of tyres. Missing items may result in additional charges.
• Accident involving personal injury
• Break-in or theft
• Accident abroad
• Accident involving an unknown third party (e.g. damage while parked, vandalism or damage caused by animals)
• Damage to fences, walls, traffic signs or other vehicles
First ask the person involved in the accident whether they have a European Accident Report to hand. If they do not, please record at least the following information:
• Other party’s number plate
• Other party’s name and address
• Name and address of potential witnesses
• Insurance policy and insurer name
We recommend that you always carry at least one European Accident Report in your vehicle. In addition, you’ll always find an accident report in the download area of our website that you can fill in directly.
The following expenses can be reimbursed through Ayvens, provided they are included in the service: Fuel receipts, (Electronic) Vignette, Vehicle washing, Miscellaneous operating supplies, Refuelling abroad
