Welcome to your new company car!
Swisscom has chosen Ayvens as its vehicle fleet partner. We offer all the services required to ensure you are well looked after as a driver. If you have any questions regarding your company car, we will be there for you.
The driver’s manual provides all the key information you need to take advantage of our services easily and quickly. To enable us to ensure smooth handling of all claims, please observe the information it contains as well as the vehicle manufacturer’s user manual.

Fuel and charge card - Completely without cash
For cashless payments of petrol, electric fuel and many other vehicle-related services (such as lubricants, vehicle cleaning, tax sticker, antifreeze, …) the following fuel cards are available:
Technical Service - All-round professional service
With the ALD Automotive Service Card you can use maintenance and wear-and-tear repair services without cash.
Please note the following:
- This work must be carried out by a repair shop authorised by the manufacturer.
- The maintenance intervals prescribed by the manufacturer in the vehicle documents must be adhered to.
- Show the repair shop your ALD Service Card before dropping off your car.
- The services are always billed through ALD Automotive.
Tyre Service - All-round professional service
With the Ayvens Service Card you can buy winter and summer tyres and rims without cash. The tyre set you don’t currently need can be stored with Ayvens tyre partners.
Please note the following:
- Tyres can only be obtained from Ayvens tyre partners.
- Show the tyre shop partner your Ayvens Service Card before dropping off your car.
- The services are always billed through Ayvens .
Steps to take after a car accident in a leased vehicle:
- Safety first
Ensure the safety of all individuals involved. If there are injuries, call emergency services immediately.
- Contact us
Reach out to our accident management team as soon as possible.
- If your car is still drivable, please call Ayvens at +41 58 272 32 27 or send us an email to insurance.ch@ayvens.com.
- If your car is no longer roadworthy, call the Ayvens Road Assistance (TCS): national: 0800 222 225 (free of charge), international: +41 58 272 32 22
Our experts will provide you with guidance on the next steps.
- Gather information
Collect details about the accident, including the location, date, and time. Exchange contact and insurance information with the other parties involved.
- For damages involving a third party, please email us the completed European accident report at insurance.ch@ayvens.com.
- For damages where no third party is involved, please email us the completed damage report at insurance.ch@ayvens.com.
- Take photos
If possible, document the accident scene with photos. Capture the damage to all vehicles and the surrounding area.
- Notify authorities
If necessary, report the accident to the local authorities and obtain a copy of the police report.
- Insurance claim
If you don't have accident management covered by Ayvens, contact your insurance provider to initiate the claims process.
- Vehicle repairs
If your leased vehicle requires repairs, repairs to bodywork and glass damage must be carried out by an Ayvens partner repair shop. Repair approvals may only be placed by Ayvens. If required, the Ayvens partner repair shop can provide you with a replacement vehicle. The services are invoiced through Ayvens.
Road Assistance - There for you around the clock
In case of accident, breakdown or theft, Ayvens Road Assistance is available around the clock on 365 days a year throughout Europe.

Ayvens Road Assistance offers comprehensive support to maintain your mobility:

Ayvens Flex - Your car for short-term use
With Ayvens Flex, you can use a car spontaneously whenever you need it. You have access to immediately available vehicles with terms as low as only one day.
Please note the following:
- Booking enquiries must be made by an authorised person in your company (e.g. a fleet manager).
- Booking requests must be emailed to flex.ch@ayvens.com.
For all booking requests, please provide the following information:
- Name of the driver
- Daytime telephone number
- Preferred vehicle category
- Preferred collection location
- Date and time of collection
- Rental term
Vehicle Return - The easy way
You have two options for returning the vehicle:
- At our return point in Altishofen
- From a company site/dealership
Please check the options open to you with an authorised person in your company (e.g. a fleet manager).
Please note the following important information:
- Contact us by email (return.ch@ayvens.com) at least four working days before you plan to return the vehicle.
- When returning the car, please make sure that it is in running order and cleaned (inside and outside). This is required in order to create the return protocol correctly.
- You must also return all documents and other items that were provided with the vehicle. The following checklist will be helpful:

- Vehicle registration document
- All keys
- Service leaflet and instructions
- Second set of tyres, wheel trim caps, spare tyre
- Boot cover
- Radio code card, navigation CD/DVD
- Fuel card(s)
- Service Card
When picking up/returning the vehicle, a return protocol will be drawn up jointly with you, detailing the appearance of the car. There is a list of the damages we accept and don’t accept here.
If you are interested in purchasing your company car, we are happy to make you a non-binding offer.
- Make a return appointment
- Schedule your return at least 5 working days in advance, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Your employer might have specific instructions, so consult your car policy or fleet manager first.
- On-site collection and inspection
- An independent inspector from Galliker will assess the car’s condition.
- Review the inspectors report and sign off
- After approval, hand in the keys, and you're done!
- Prepare your car for return
- Make sure the car is clean, both externally and internally
- Clear out personal belongings, ensuring the car is free of your items.
- Remove personal data from the navigation and phone systems.
- If applicable, disconnect any "connected car" apps.
- Ensure all keys, official documents, and accessories are ready for handover.
