This service is designed for operational leasing clients who want to save time and avoid unnecessary visits to the service centre. If the vehicle sustains minor damage that does not affect its safe and proper operation, it does not need to be repaired immediately. Simply report the damage online to the insurance team and you can continue using the vehicle until the end of your operational leasing period.

How the process works

1. Identification of the damage

You notice minor damage to the bodywork, interior or another part of the vehicle. If the vehicle remains safe and operational, there is no need to take it out of service immediately or visit a service centre.

2. Damage reported online

You report the damage using the online form, including a brief description and photo documentation. The incident is immediately recorded by the insurance team.

3. Assessment by the insurance team

If a repair is not required, you are informed and the damage is recorded for later resolution.

4. Continued use of the vehicle

You can continue using the vehicle without restriction. There is no need to arrange repairs, organise a replacement vehicle or deal with paperwork. The damage is safely recorded and will be handled after the end of the lease agreement.

5. Return of the vehicle at the end of the lease

When the vehicle is returned, the technician compares the actual condition with the previously reported damage. Because the damage was properly reported:

After the vehicle is returned, the insurance team assesses each reported incident and settles it based on how it was reported during the operational leasing period.
