Minor damage
without a visit to the service centre
This service is designed for operational leasing clients who want to save time and avoid unnecessary visits to the service centre. If the vehicle sustains minor damage that does not affect its safe and proper operation, it does not need to be repaired immediately. Simply report the damage online to the insurance team and you can continue using the vehicle until the end of your operational leasing period.
When the service is suitable
We recommend using it in situations where:
Safety
The damage does not affect the safe operation of the vehicle
Repair
The repair is not required immediately
Time
You want to save time and avoid making arrangements for unnecessary repairs
Minor defects
The damage is cosmetic or minor, with no technical impact
How the process works

1. Identification of the damage
You notice minor damage to the bodywork, interior or another part of the vehicle. If the vehicle remains safe and operational, there is no need to take it out of service immediately or visit a service centre.

2. Damage reported online
You report the damage using the online form, including a brief description and photo documentation. The incident is immediately recorded by the insurance team.

3. Assessment by the insurance team
A member of the insurance team:
- assesses the reported damage and the photographs,
- evaluates the extent of the damage,
- decides whether an immediate repair is required.
If a repair is not required, you are informed and the damage is recorded for later resolution.

4. Continued use of the vehicle
You can continue using the vehicle without restriction. There is no need to arrange repairs, organise a replacement vehicle or deal with paperwork. The damage is safely recorded and will be handled after the end of the lease agreement.

5. Return of the vehicle at the end of the lease
When the vehicle is returned, the technician compares the actual condition with the previously reported damage. Because the damage was properly reported:
- it is not assessed as excess wear and tear,
- it is included in the standard insurance claim process,
- you do not need to provide any additional documentation or explanations.

6. Settlement after return of the vehicle
After the vehicle is returned, the insurance team assesses each reported incident and settles it based on how it was reported during the operational leasing period.
In addition:
- If several instances of minor damage occur on the same part of the vehicle, they are treated as a single insurance claim.
- Other, different types of damage are handled separately as individual claims according to how they were reported.
