Your vehicle will be taken care of in our trusted network of authorised service centres, whose quality and procedures we regularly inspect. All of our partners comply with the requirements prescribed by the manufacturers and use high-quality materials, so you can be confident that your vehicle is receiving the professional care it deserves. The scope of servicing is defined in the lease agreement. If you use Full Service Leasing, we cover the cost of regular service inspections, maintenance, and repairs associated with regular wear and tear of the vehicle.
How to book your vehicle in for a service?
Call our 24/7 Ayvens Service Line on +420 955 525 000 and select option 2. Let us know your preferred date for the service and we’ll take care of everything else for you.

At selected partners, we will arrange for your car to be taken to the service centre and returned. ✔ We’ll let you know when the repairs will be finished.
Your service will be handled quickly and professionally, with as little paperwork as possible, and carried out to the highest standards in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Booking a service online
If you prefer digital communication, you can simply submit your request for servicing directly via the myAyvens mobile app. You can fill in your service request there, choose a suitable date, and send your request to our team.
