Return policy
You must remember this when returning your car
The following must be placed visibly on the car's passenger seat or in the car's trunk:
- Summer/winter tyres – unless the car’s tyres are not stored at Superdæk Center / Nordisk dækimport
- Lock tops for wheel bolts if they came with the car
- Detachable towbar incl. key
- Instruction manual and service folder, if this is not digital
- Original registration certificate part 1 (if it was sent during the car's term)
- Charging cable
- Fuel card and charging piece(s) (If you want the charging piece converted; please read the section – Additional information)
Tyres in particular: If your extra tyres (summer/winter) are stored at a Superdæk Center/Nordisk Dækimport, Ayvens will arrange to collect them. If your tyres are stored at any other tyre center, please collect the tyres yourself prior to returning the car and ensure that they are placed in the trunk of the car upon return.
Forgotten parts cannot be returned: Please note that it is not possible to return forgotten parts such as spare wheel, parcel shelf, lock tops, registration certificate etc. It is therefore important that you ensure that everything is returned with the car, so that you avoid being charged for this. Please check the glove compartment and the space under the trunk cover, as some of the above parts may be there.
Keys: All keys to the car are collected in a bundle and handed over to the driver.
Erase your digital footprints: We will delete the data to which we have access, but we encourage you to delete your profiles, addresses in the navigation system, and other sensitive information in the car's infotainment system yourself.
The vehicle must be returned with fuel or battery charged: All vehicles running on fossil fuel must to be returned with a minimum of 15 liters fuel. All EV vehicles must to be returned with a minimum of 30% battery capacity.
Additional information
Fuel cards/charging pieces and home chargers: Please contact the provider directly.
Conversion of a charging piece and/or home charger that is transferred to a new car with us: Please contact us by sending an e-mail to: kundeservice.dk@ayvens.com
Damage to the car: We encourage all insurance claims to be reported and repaired before returning the car. This may result in an additional cost when valuing the car, as we must ensure the repair of the damage. In cases where the car is returned with insurance claims, they will be valued according to our guidelines.
Private equipment: If, upon delivery, there are visible traces or damage after installation/dismantling of equipment that is not included in the leasing agreement, an additional cost must be expected for the associated depreciation.
We thoroughly review your car
Our partner FDM, an independent third party, will inspect the car upon return and issue a condition report.
You will of course not pay for wear and tear and damage that is considered to have occurred through normal use of the car.

Please note! When ordering transportation, you waive any right to object. It means that FDM without your participation will review the vehicle for any faults or missing items and create an inspection report based on the findings. This report will afterwards be sent to the Fleet manager.
