Online portals
Need an overview of your fleet and a quick way to check the status of your vehicles? You can view Ayvens online portals here, which include tools such as Car Selector, Ayvens Reports, and MyAyvens.
As a fleet manager, you can use MyAyvens to order fuel cards, update vehicle mileage, view contract data, and monitor vehicles approaching expiry via the renewal list. You can also see which drivers have access to MyAyvens, access IFRS16 reports and advanced reports via Ayvens Reports, and manage tyre storage.
