We are looking for a Remarketing & Defleet Administrator who can join us in carrying out
This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in the Bristol office. During training, colleagues will be required to be in the office 5 days a week. After training and a successful probationary period, colleagues in this role will be required to working the Bristol off a minimum of 2 days per week
Key Purpose
•Assist with all areas of administration within the department within the Company’s Quality procedures
• To direct vehicles through the inspection process system efficiently
• To investigate complaints to the satisfaction of complainants and to learn any lessons for improvement in service delivery.
Summary of Responsibilities
•Ensure that all inspections are carried out to industry guidelines as set by the BVRLA reporting any issues
accordingly
• Ensure that customers are only invoiced for damage that is deemed as outside fair wear and tear as per the
guidelines set by the BVRLA
• Maintain relationships with suppliers
• Ensure that work in progress is in line with targets
• Complete all systems efficiently, accurately, and legible
• Collate information relating to all non-conformance and report within relevant systems
• Ensure records kept up to date regarding dealer returns without relevant paperwork
• Ensure that records are maintained relating to errors with inspection reports
• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints within agreed time frame
• Work with other departments to ensure processes are adhered to

• Previous experience within a similar role
• Forward thinking and able to use own initiative
• High level of literacy
• Excellent organisation and time planning skills
• Attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to process high volume of tasks
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• High level of IT Literacy
