The creation of Ayvens brought together two global mobility leaders – ALD Automotive and LeasePlan. It also combined the extensive skills and experience of these two companies to create the Ayvens management team. We have a strong, values-led culture where our diversity is celebrated and the very best talent in the mobility industry thrives.
Tim Laver – Managing Director
Managing Director of ALD UK since July 2019, Tim has over 18 years of experience in the company, where he previously served as the Director of Finance and Risk. Tim's career also includes roles as an Internal Auditor at Arval - BNP Paribas Group and as an Auditor at Ernst & Young. His extensive expertise in the automotive and financial sectors has contributed to ALD Automotive's success and growth.
Anna Woodward – Risk & Compliance Director
A qualified solicitor, Anna joined ALD Automotive UK in 2013 before joining the board in November 2016 as Legal & Compliance Director at ALD Automotive UK.
Charlie Pantlin – IT & Digital Director of Ayvens
Charlie held the position of IT Director at ALD Automotive UK since 2018. With a strong IT development background Charlie has held senior management roles, including a 12-month secondment to the central Paris team.
Rob Cully – Finance Director
Rob has been appointed CFO for the UK in addition to supervising Ayvens Ireland.
FCCA qualified with several years' post-qualification experience Rob first joined ALD Group in 2006, progressing his way up to the Group Deputy Finance Director in charge of Strategic Financial Planning, Accounting, Performance Reporting and Finance I.T. before moving to the UK subsidiary. He has a strong financial background in large corporate, SMEs, multi-site operation and business partnering. Rob led the finance team through the first production of ALD Consolidated Group Financial Statements and the successful IPO of ALD.
David Rodriguez – Operations & Remarketing Director
David joined ALD Automotive UK as Operations Director in 2021, previously working at Mitsubishi as Sales and Marketing director. Between 2012 and 2020 David spent seven years at LeasePlan UK leading the Procurement and Remarketing functions.
Jo Monk – Customer and People Director
Jo joined ALD as Head of HR in 2005 following an extensive career within FMCG companies, such as Unilever, Golden Wonder and Johnson Diversey. She became HR Director in 2017, before taking on the role of Customer and People Director in 2026.
Lisa Wilkinson – Legal Director
Lisa joined ALD Automotive UK as Head of Legal and Compliance at ALD Automotive UK in 2018 bringing significant experience in financial services including in relation to FCA regulatory matters.
