We are looking for a Pricing Database Executive who can join us in carrying out the following:

  • Managing manual quote requests from around the business

  • Managing the upkeep and continuous analysis of the quotations database, enabling the business to deliver the needs of our customers and managing risks whilst ensuring delivery to agreed SLA’s and high quality standards at all times.

  • Drive an ethos of continuous review and improvement, constantly striving to simplify and automate processes to improve Customer Experience and provide high levels of accuracy.  

The annual salary available for this position is £25,000 per annum.

Summary of responsibilities

  • Manage and support manual quote requests, email and telephone queries

  • Manage and support data requests from manufacturers and external data providers and to keep an audit of all requests

  • Manage data updates, providing feedback to our data providers on missing or incorrect information

  • Support the manufacturer discount and bonuses input as well as VRB debt processes.

  • Audit the quoting system on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis

  • Action and respond within agreed department SLAs

  • Providing manufacturer and product information to relevant stakeholders

  • Assist with the creation and developing of reporting

  • Ensure that personal behaviour and attitude reflects the essence of our business and it’s core values

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous experience of working in a fast paced environment

  • Proven ability in taking ownership for resolving queries or challenges.

  • An interest in seeking personal and process improvement

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Effective time management

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
