Key Purpose
Support the Network Manager with dealer escalations and be the first point of contact for escalation resolution. Manage and co-ordinate timely resolution of escalations with clear communication that mitigates cost and complexity and delivers good customer outcomes.
Building strong working relationships with our Dealer Network, manage dealer performance and provide administrative support, reporting and analysis in this area. The role also involves regular interaction with other areas of the Business, especially with Commercial Division, covering all Group Brands.
Support key processes relating to Dealer Engagement including discount requests/audits, dealer performance accreditation tool management, safety pack compliance and OSAT analysis.
Key Accountabilities
Provide key reporting that will demonstrate trends and help improve dealer performance.
Contribute and input to the development and updating of policies and procedures to match with the evolution of the operating model and of the Dealer strategy.
Manage the monthly performance management process, ensuring data is accurate before reporting is finalised to our supplier network. Review performance challenges and update performance scores.
Manage the renewal and addition of all dealer discount terms, sourcing terms from the suppliers and processing with VRB.
Manage the monthly MBR reporting to support the dealer strategy and decision-making process for Vehicle Operations.
Work with safety pack suppliers and dealers to ensure safety pack compliance
Work with the management team on continuous improvement projects and look for opportunities for automation
Skills, Experience & Background
Demonstrate a high level of analytical skill by performing data analysis to recommend continuous improvement initiatives within the Vehicle Operations department. Be the voice to lead the change and have the ability to both initiate and complete projects
Experience of working in the industry, preferably for either a Leasing Company or Dealer Group
Experience of working in a Commercial and Financial environment
Experience of working within and supporting a specialist team and demonstrating the capability to work independently
Working knowledge of core Microsoft applications (Word and Excel), Power Bi knowledge and project management would be an advantage.
Experience in Supplier relationship management and/or goods and services procurement an advantage
You will be of an inquisitive mindset proposing ideas and actively contributing to the change process
Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to deliver results
The ability to build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and dealers
