Due to the expansion of our Procurement function, we’re looking for a Senior Procurement Analyst to join the Ayvens team on a permanent basis at our Lyde Green, Bristol (BS16 7LB) office. This role will play a pivotal part in embedding strong governance, effective risk management and ethical sourcing across the Ayvens supply chain.

You’ll lead the embedment of procurement risk management through robust monitoring, reporting and analysis. Working closely with stakeholders across Procurement, Risk, Compliance and Legal, you’ll ensure policies are applied consistently, risks are identified early, and effective controls are in place.

Senior Procurement Analyst key responsibilities of the role are as follows

  • Lead the delivery of procurement risk management, including monitoring, reporting and local analysis.
  • Act as a trusted business partner, contributing to shared risk, compliance and ESG objectives.
  • Develop and embed procurement risk and compliance principles across the supply chain.
  • Act as subject‑matter expert for global and local procurement risk tools, maximising their value beyond minimum requirements.
  • Deliver training to procurement colleagues and supplier managers on risk tools, controls and best practice.
  • Proactively identify risks, recommend mitigation actions and lead implementation of change.
  • Build strong working relationships with Risk, Compliance, Legal and international procurement teams.
  • Oversee testing and control activity, ensuring timely and high‑quality remediation
  • Embed audit‑ready standards of record keeping and documentation.
  • Support procurement integration activity, ensuring risk, compliance and ESG are central to the operating model.
  • Translate Group procurement policies into clear local procedures, processes and reporting frameworks.
  • Line manage and develop a Procurement Risk Analyst, supporting capability and succession planning.
  • Use insight and data to support wider procurement objectives and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience analysing data to monitor performance and inform decision‑making.
  • Experience working within a complex policy, governance or compliance environment.
  • Ability to translate policy into practical procedures and controls.
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to define data requirements and turn insight into action.
  • Strong reporting capability with attention to detail and impact.
  • Knowledge of automotive, leasing or operational supply chains is advantageous.
