At a functional level, Commerce is responsible for the commercial performance of the business through sales, account management, marketing, and product management activities.
Product & Marketing is responsible for the development (where appropriate), oversight and performance of the Ayvens suite of products and services; the translation of these to market, channel and subsegment propositions, and the optimisation of promotional activities to create demand, best positioning Ayvens within the UK market.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage the execution of customer communications through planning and writing customer communications to support all customer channels (driver, client & partner) using Ayvens tone of voice.
- Manage and maintain communications library to ensure regular review and improvement to support customer service strategy and business objectives.
- Develop customer understanding through improved customer communications at all journey touchpoints in-line with FCA regulations.
- Write and amend transactional message content for customers, working closely with process owners and subject matter experts.
- Manage the end-to-end process of execution of customer communications through full sign off and distribution, working closely with customer data colleagues.
- Drive improvements in communications to move to digital through email communications, links, and working with digital marketing team to improve and update website & FAQ content.
- Support business with ad hoc requests for external communications and communications amendments.
Skills and Experience
- Working knowledge of core Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, MS Teams)
- Experience and knowledge of leasing business (preferably ALD or LeasePlan)
- Experience and knowledge of regulated financial services
- Experience of working in a communications or marketing role
- Knowledge of Consumer Duty / compliance frameworks
- Strong written communication skills and copywriting
- Strong organisational skills and project management
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment, enjoying the challenge of managing multiple projects simultaneously, working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
