We ​aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible, however, sometimes it takes longer for us to be able to investigate the matter. Therefore, it is possible that you may be asked for more information if necessary.

Also, in some cases, it may take more than 8 weeks for us to gather all the information we need. So if this happens, we will contact you to ask for more time. Finally, we will confirm by email or by phone that we have received it, within 5 working days of the date the complaint was registered.
