Our Complaint Handling Process:
- 1.Upon receiving your complaint, we assign it to the relevant team and initiate an investigation.
- 2.We will acknowledge your complaint and contact you within 5 business days.
- 3.If we require any additional information from you, we will reach out to request it.
- 4.Our goal is to resolve your complaint and provide you with a response within 2 months. If you are a private individual consumer, we commit to responding within 14 calendar days.
We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services. We are committed to handling your complaint with the highest priority and diligence.
Extra-judicial resolution of consumer disputes
For extra-judicial settlement of disputes, private individuals (consumers) can apply to the Dispute Resolution Commission, an independent collegial decision-making body that, based on a consumer’s application, resolves a dispute between a consumer and a seller or service provider.
