Our Awards
For more than 60 years, ALD Automotive and LeasePlan UK were award-winning mobility and leasing providers.
Now that we have come together as Ayvens, we have combined this highly regarded expertise and it is already being recognised by the industry. In 2024, Ayvens received the award for Fleet News Reader Recommended as well as the Business Van Award for Best Van Leasing Company and receiving the WhatVan? Award for the fifth consecutive year, something no other company has achieved since the start of the awards programme.
This recognition has not slowed us down. We are continually striving to be better with every move so we can ensure our services meet our customers’ needs.

Judge's comments
Ayvens has harnessed the experience of two legacy brands, building unique service solutions that aim to make van customers’ lives easier now and in the future. Launched in September-2023, its ‘PowerUp 2026’ strategy sets the stage for a transformative three-year period. Their service levels made them a natural choice as the Business Vans Awards Winner for Best Van Leasing Company.
The merging of two of the world’s largest vehicle funders could have resulted in the new company slowing down or even a temporary drop in service standards. So, the judges were impressed, that instead, ALD Automotive/LeasePlan did the opposite. They innovated, being the only company to offer TCO+, which analysing vehicles’ actual performance and Journey Profiling identifying the most cost effective EVs, based on customer needs. They have also launched their Next Generations Digital Architecture and have shared free knowledge/resources for customers to access savings and transitions to EVs.
LeasePlan impressed judges with the expansion of its flagship offerings, such as LeasePlan Flexible, which now has a digital showroom, and its EV Salary Sacrifice scheme, which now has a new online portal which acts as a dedicated hub for drivers making the EV switch. With the addition of other innovations, such as environmental reporting for fleets and an EV Helpdesk, LeasePlan were worthy winners of GREENFLEET'S Leasing Company of the Year Award in 2022.
