We have a fixed term contract opportunity for 12 months in our Corporate Driver team based in Slough.
Salary will be £24,297 per annum for this role.
Purpose of role
Provide clear and accurate service and support to our customers
Manage customer queries and requests through both email and telephone calls to a successful and timely resolution
Deliver a professional and engaging ‘front of house’ service to our customers and external contacts
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and emails from drivers and fleet contacts
Resolve all issues by telephone as far as possible and maintain personal ownership for cases and provide resolution
Build and maintain relationships on weekly calls with key client stakeholders such as fleet managers / heads of benefits , managing in-life queries of client's fleet
Provide timely and accurate information to our customers to minimise queries and complaints
Deliver client specific tasks and processes within agreed SLAs
Utilise all tools & systems provided by Ayvens and suppliers
Build rapport and confidence within our customer base
Skills, Experience & Background
Educated to A-level standard or equivalent
Excellent command of spoken English to enable telephone communication with customers
Good command written English to enable email communication with customers
Customer facing experience
Ability to deal calmly and professionally with customers on the telephone
Strong work ethic
Ability to show empathy and support to customers
