We have a fixed term contract opportunity for 12 months in our Corporate Driver team based in Slough.

Salary will be £24,297 per annum for this role.

Purpose of role

  • Provide clear and accurate service and support to our customers 

  • Manage customer queries and requests through both email and telephone calls to a successful and timely resolution 

  • Deliver a professional and engaging ‘front of house’ service to our customers and external contacts

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from drivers and fleet contacts

  • Resolve all issues by telephone as far as possible and maintain personal ownership for cases and provide resolution

  • Build and maintain relationships on weekly calls with key client stakeholders such as fleet managers / heads of benefits , managing in-life queries of client's fleet

  • Provide timely and accurate information to our customers to minimise queries and complaints

  • Deliver client specific tasks and processes within agreed SLAs

  • Utilise all tools & systems provided by Ayvens and suppliers

  • Build rapport and confidence within our customer base

Skills, Experience & Background  

  • Educated to A-level standard or equivalent 

  • Excellent command of spoken English to enable telephone communication with customers 

  • Good command written English to enable email communication with customers 

  • Customer facing experience  

  • Ability to deal calmly and professionally with customers on the telephone 

  • Strong work ethic 

  • Ability to show empathy and support to customers 

  • Resilience
