Are you a detail-oriented and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? We’re looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our growing in-house recruitment team in Bristol, supporting our continued success.

As a key member of our HR team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a seamless candidate experience by supporting our Senior Resourcing Partner and wider team with recruitment operations across the organisation. From managing candidate communications, to posting vacancies alongside coordinating interviews and offers, you’ll help us attract and onboard top talent while ensuring our recruitment processes run smoothly.

Based in Emerson Green, Bristol this is a tremendous opportunity to join a thriving business at an exciting time for our industry.  Initially offered as an 18 Month Fixed Term Contract this is a great in-house opportunity.

Purpose

  • Key support as first point of contact for a range of day-to-day resourcing activity requiring interaction with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers, providing advice and guidance on resourcing processes and procedures.

  • Provide general administrative support for the resourcing function across all sites.

  • Manage the administration of all relevant resourcing systems including, the processing of resourcing requests, from initiation through interview stage to offer.  

Responsibilities

  • Providing end-to-end administrative support across all recruitment activity

  • Coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, prepare and distribute employment documentation and contracts

  • Maintaining accurate records in our ATS (Workday), ensuring data integrity and reporting capability

  • Supporting direct sourcing efforts and talent pooling

  • Liaise with all candidates to guide them through the process

  • Supporting with Assessment Centre preparation and creation of assessment day packs

  • Overseeing the recruitment inbox as well as assigning and managing recruitment cases in Workday

  • Setting-up agency suppliers in Workday and working the team where necessary to ensure all suppliers are in the platform and allocated to relevant vacancies

  • Assisting with employer brand initiatives and recruitment campaigns

  • Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the process

  • Generate recruitment reporting and analytics in support of the Senior Resourcing Partner

Skills, Experience & Background

  • Proven experience in an administrative or recruitment support role

  • Must be able to display strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise multiple tasks

  • Passionate about delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience

  • Are confident managing multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment

  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with recruitment systems would be advantagious

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently

Desirable Skills

  • Experience within a recruitment or a resourcing role ideally with experience of high volumes

  • Alternatively previous experience in recruitment administration or HR support

  • Comfortable using systems and technology (experience with Workday is a bonus)

Salary range between £24,500 - £26,000
