Exciting opportunity within Strategy & Transformation for a Knowledge Manager who will assume responsibility for ensuring that critical institutional knowledge is identified, captured, structured, and transferred into standardized formats that will enable continuity of operations.
As the successful applicant you will support the knowledge lead with designing the knowledge capture approach and be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the end-to-end knowledge capture and transfer process ensuring the right knowledge is available to the right people throughout the business integration process.
This role will initially offered for a fixed term of 18 months to ensure/oversee knowledge transfer.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the Knowledge Transfer Framework, templates, and standards.
Work with business leads to identify critical knowledge areas, processes, and capabilities.
Coordinate with business analysts, knowledge authors and subject matter experts to capture tacit and explicit knowledge.
Review, edit, and validate captured content for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Maintain the central knowledge repository
Ensure consistency and taxonomy alignment across all knowledge types aligned to business capabilities.
Support validation by knowledge receivers.
Establish a review cycle to ensure knowledge remains current
Input into user access management, linking critical knowledge to the right roles so that colleagues can view relevant knowledge easily
Input into structured training programme design and delivery
Skills, Experience & Background
Proven experience in knowledge management, technical documentation, or related roles.
Expertise in technical writing, process documentation, and taxonomy.
Experience with knowledge repositories
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Ability to work with subject matter experts and translate tacit knowledge into clear outputs.
Knowledge of financial services and/or fleet management desirable.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale change programs would be advantageous.

Salary range between £48,000 - £58,000
