Ayvens UK Vehicle Operations team is a key function within the wider Operations Division and is responsible for the day-to-day ordering of vehicles, through to delivery and the management of dealer relationships. In short, the team ensure that the right vehicles are sourced efficiently and delivered on time, whilst maintaining strong partnerships with dealers to support combined business objectives.

As a result of internal progression we’re currently seeking a Dealer Network Manager to join the team, based out of our Bristol Head Office this is a permanent opportunity.  

Primary Purpose

  • Management of the Ayvens Dealer and Converter Networks, ensuring excellent service that will maximise our customer requirements.

  • Supplier management to take place through review meetings and accreditation management ensuring services levels always remain at a high standard.

  • Supplier selection and management is a core pillar within Ayvens strategy, ensuring profitable fleet growth and is integral to the success of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Working with key suppliers to deliver services and products to our drivers, to ensure we jointly meet the standards  Ayvens expect.

  • Regular review meetings with all representatives of the Ayvens Car, Commercial Vehicle and Converters Network. Ensuring that Ayvens high standards are met against their agreed KPIs. All meetings to have a documented agenda, notes and actions recorded.

  • Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of the Ayvens Network and our strategies.

  • Acting as a point of escalation for issues and KPI failures either beyond the resolution of an individual team manager or addressing wider issues which are consistent across teams.

  • Identifying opportunities to drive value and improve the performance of the existing and potential Network, seeking ways to drive innovation in the process.

  • Maintain a high level of service focus, ensuring Ayvens Customer First Attitudes are presented to the Ayvens Dealer and Converter Network.

  • Keep abreast of Car, Commercial Vehicle and Converter market conditions and specific industry and organisational changes.

  • Working with our Finance and Insights teams to ensure delivery and rebate forecasting is reported monthly and accurately

Skills, Experience & Background

  • Experience of working in the industry, preferably for either a Leasing Company or Dealer Group

  • Experience of working in a Commercial and Financial environment

  • Experience of working within and supporting a specialist team and demonstrating the capability to work independently

  • Working knowledge of core Microsoft applications (Word and Excel)

  • Project management an advantage

  • Experience in Supplier relationship management and/or goods and services procurement an advantage
