This is an exciting opportunity to join the Ayven’s ‘Knowledge’ team who are responsibility for leading the capture and maintenance of knowledge (process & theory). Your contribution will help improve the working environment for our employees through a Knowledge Management System as well as better servicing the needs of all our Ayvens customers through varying channels.

Key Purpose

  • Interpret the knowledge requirements from key business stakeholders and translate these into consistent and useable knowledge articles, for use in various platforms such as the Knowledge Management System.
  • Responsibility for supporting the knowledge needs of various employees through the implementation of Knowledge best practice and governance.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business to harness knowledge, in turn developing our knowledge style and standards.
  • Maintenance of a Knowledge Management System.

Key responsibilities

  • Developing knowledge style and standards across the business for use throughout all process & knowledge articles.
  • Writing and maintaining on brand knowledge/process articles for use in a Knowledge Management System.
  • Implement and oversee end user focus groups ensuring our knowledge is fit for purpose.
  • Work cross functionally to ensure all knowledge is on brand and delivered at the point of need.
  • Proactively understanding the priorities of the business ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ ensuring knowledge is effectively delivered to meet this demand.
  • Working with the Knowledge Team to implement knowledge governance to ensure knowledge is fit for purpose, updated accurately, and communicated to relevant functions such as the Learning & Development Team.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Knowledge capture and governance.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a Knowledge Management Team or similar
  • Experience of knowledge, process documentation writing and maintenance.
  • Knowledge in process documentation applications e.g. Visio .
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Great collaboration skills with the ability to work cross functionally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to challenging workload demands and deadlines.

This role would initially be a 12-month fixed term contract.
