Asset Risk Executive

An exciting opportunity to join our Bristol based Pricing Team as an Asset Risk Executive.  The team manage the quotations database and work closely with our Data providers, Manufacturers, and White Label partners ensuring our database is as accurate as possible at all times with data coming from many external sources

A fixed term contract (for 12 Months) you, as the successful applicant will contribute to the ongoing development of the secondary leasing portfolio within Ayvens UK, providing detailed analysis to support recommendations to shape our used residual value policies. Alongside the above you will also, manage, develop and maintain database tools, seeking automation to increase accuracy, flexibility and the scope of reporting.

In addition to standard company benefits this role offers a salary in the range of £26,000 - £28,000.

What you’ll do...

• Help build competitive customer quotes - Support the process of creating great-value leasing quotes by helping set budgets and future vehicle values.
• Research the market - Look at what’s happening in the used car and leasing market so we can offer the best deals. You’ll make recommendations to help improve our products.
• Analyse our used vehicle fleet - Review data to spot which cars are the best fit for our used leasing products.
• Review contract performance -Check how our deals are performing financially and highlight any potential risks to the team.
• Monitor live campaigns - Keep an eye on our ongoing offers to ensure they’re delivering the results we expect.
• Provide support to the wider business - Help colleagues by answering vehicle related questions and sharing insights. You’ll also join knowledge sharing sessions to grow your expertise.
• Support business projects - Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to help deliver key projects.
• Help test new pricing tools - Take part in testing new or updated pricing software.
• Team support during busy periods - Work collaboratively with other members of the Asset Risk team when workloads peak.

Skills, Experience & Background

• Effective problem solver, keen explore alternative solutions & process improvements

• Good standard in IT literacy including PowerPoint and Word

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel inc. VLookup, Pivot

• Good communication skills i.e. face to face, telephone, e-mail, report writing

• Evidence of effective time management

• Experience of data manipulation and presentation
