We’re looking for a Procurement Analyst to join the Ayvens team on a permanent basis at our Lyde Green, Bristol (BS16 7LB) office. The role will support the delivery of robust risk management, accurate reporting and strong policy adherence across the Procurement function.

You’ll support the embedding of procurement risk management through high‑quality monitoring, reporting and analysis. Working closely with Risk, Compliance, Legal and Procurement colleagues, you’ll help ensure policies are applied consistently, records remain audit ready and risk issues are identified and addressed early.

Procurement Analyst key responsibilities of the role are as follows

  • Own and deliver procurement risk and compliance actions accurately and on time.
  • Support the embedding of procurement risk management across the supply chain.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert for procurement risk and compliance tools, supporting consistent local usage.
  • Build strong working relationships with Risk, Compliance, Legal and international procurement teams.
  • Carry out control testing and monitoring activity, supporting remedial action plans where needed.
  • Maintain accurate, audit‑ready documentation and records.
  • Capture and maintain key risk and compliance metrics to support reporting and oversight.
  • Support translation of Group procurement policy into local policy, procedures and reporting frameworks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across procurement risk and compliance.
  • Support training and knowledge sharing with procurement colleagues and stakeholders.

  • Strong reporting skills with the ability to meet deadlines accurately.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting capability, with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using data to produce insight and inform recommendations
  • High standards of accuracy, consistency and control awareness
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated and well organised.
  • Comfortable working independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience working in a structured policy, governance or compliance environment
