Q: Can I add more than one person to the policy?

Yes, you can add one additional driver i.e your spouse- provided you live at the same residential address. Call our DriverLine on 0345 250 0000 to add a driver.

Q: How old do I need to be to get a lease?

Our product eligibility criteria means that you must be between 25-70 years old and have held a full UK driving license for at least 2 years.

Q: I have a few points on my licence, can I still get a lease?

Our product eligibility criteria means that you must have no more than 6 points on your license, unless rehabilitated under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (UK).

Q: Is there anything not included in my monthly subscription price?

The following is not included in your price: - All refurbishment costs exceeding the £300 threshold. - Any penalty charge notices including an £35 admin charge. - All mileage over your agreed mileage allowance, charged at £0.20 per mile. - Delivery/Collection of £300, this is noted as ‘Admin fee’ on the Payment Summary page. If the hire stays out for 3 months or longer the £300 is refundable.
