Bank Holiday Opening Hours 2026
Ayvens opening hours and rental booking procedure over the next bank holiday in the UK.
Ayvens Customer Services
We wanted to let you know what’s happening over the upcoming bank holiday.
Our phone lines will close at 5pm on the Thursday 2 April before the Easter bank holiday and reopen at 9am on the following Tuesday.
Our essential maintenance services – 24/7 breakdown and recovery, accident management, glass replacement and tyres – will be available over the long weekend.

For all other services, including service booking and foreign travel, our office opening hours above will apply.
Ayvens Flex and rentals
As per our normal process, we require a 4 working day lead time for any deliveries and collections. If these fall on either Friday 3 April or Monday 6 April, we will not be able to fulfil the delivery and/or collection. The last day for delivery and/or collection will be Thursday 2 April and will continue as normal as of Tuesday 7 April.
Terminations and off hiring
If you want to terminate or off-hire a vehicle, you will need to give us notification with enough time for us to arrange a collection before 5pm on Thursday 2 April.
If you are not able to do this, the vehicle will remain on rent until 9am on Tuesday 7 April, following the Bank Holiday.
