End of your lease contract: what you need to know
When your lease contract with Ayvens comes to an end, you have three options: returning your lease car, extending the contract, or buy your lease car. Each choice has its pros and cons.
Returning your lease car
When your lease contract ends you can return your current lease car and hopefully lease a new one with us! Returning your lease car is a simple process, designed for your convenience. Here are the steps to guide you through the return process:
- Unfear Wear & Tear
Make sure to read the Unfair Wear and Tear guide for Passenger Vehicles or Commercial Vehicles depending on your vehicle type.
- Cleaning
Make sure the car is clean, both externally and internally.
- Clear out
Clear out personal belongings, ensuring the car is free of your items.
- Privacy
Remove personal data from the navigation and phone systems.
- Disconnect
If applicable, disconnect any "connected car" apps.
- Ready to handover
Ensure all keys, official documents, and accessories are ready for handover.
