Insurance

Ayvens cars are insured for entire leasing period with CMTPL insurance (compulsory motor third party liability insurance) and CASCO insurance (voluntary motor own damage insurance).

CASCO insurance covers the peril of the traffic accident, natural calamity, vandalism or fire and theft or robbery. Please get acquainted with terms and conditions of CASCO insurance in leasing contract. Motor third party liability insurance is governed by the Motor Third Party Liability Insurance Act of the Republic of Estonia.

Damaged car shall be repaired by an authorized service provider of the specific make or by any other service providers approved by Ayvens.

If you notice your car is damaged or you are involved in an accident, please contact as soon aspossible Ayvens Customer Service Phone No + 372 630 8960.

Please don’t initiate your car repair works without Ayvens’s prior consent.

If the car or it’s parts are stolen, please contact immediately police and then as soon as possible Ayvens Customer Service.

Never leave car documents in the car and keep the keys in a safe place!

How to proceed if you're in an accident

Steps to take after a car accident in a leased vehicle:

  1. Safety first

    Ensure the safety of all individuals involved. If there are injuries, call emergency services immediately.

  2. Contact us

  3. Gather information

    Collect details about the accident, including the location, date, and time. Exchange contact and insurance information with the other parties involved.

  4. Take photos

    Document the accident scene with photos. Capture the damage to all vehicles and the surrounding area.

  5. Notify authorities

    If necessary, report the accident to the local authorities and obtain a copy of the accident report.

  6. Insurance claim

    If you are not insured by Ayvens, contact your insurance provider to initiate the claims process. Our team can assist you with this step as well.

  7. Vehicle repairs

    If your leased vehicle requires repairs, we'll guide you to authorised repair centre for efficient service.

  8. Stay informed

    Throughout the process, we'll keep you informed about the progress of repairs and any additional steps you need to take.

Break-in and theft

For theft or break ins please first file a police report at [local link] and get in touch with Ayvens afterwards. If your vehicle has been stolen, please notify the police first and contact us immediately after. Damage can be reported via the My Ayvens app or by contacting Ayvens by phone. If you are not insured with Ayvens then please inform your insurance provider.
