Matthew started his career in telematics after studying information technology at Bournemouth University. Following time with Siemens and tracker, he joined LeasePlan in 2005 and has led the consultancy team since 2012. Dominic Surlis, Specialist Fleet Consultant

Dom is one of the more senior members of Consultancy Services, as he has been part of the team since 2010. With his experience, and as a specialist in whole life cost and cash flow analysis, he helps clients with the most complex fleet needs to develop their fleet policies and implement new or improved schemes.

Tash Turner, Fleet Consultant

With over 15 years in the fleet industry, Tash has considerable experience working with private, public and not-for-profit organisations to help them identify the most suitable funding methodologies, find cost-saving opportunities and create robust, adaptable and suitable fleet polices, including integration of alternative fuels and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

Phil Jones, Specialist Consultant

Phil has 20 years’ experience in fleet management and vehicle leasing, with expertise in mission-critical fleet management, fleet funding, insurance, risk, and salary sacrifice. At Ayvens, he is responsible for identifying the optimum funding methods and models for customers and maximising the launch and in-life potential of salary sacrifice schemes.

Suzanne Philips, Head of Specialist Sales

Suzanne has a wealth of experience from over 20 years in the fleet and financial sectors. She joined us in 2020 from Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions where she was Head of Mobility Solutions. As our Head of Specialist Sales, she is responsible for leading the commercial performance function, including sales enablement, strategy development, insurance proposition and accelerating decarbonisation.

Matt Dillon, Head of Commercial Vehicles

Matt joined us in 2021 to lead our commercial vehicle proposition. He has 13 years of experience in the fleet and financial sector, including working at Amey as Fleet & Plant Manager and holding responsibility for several key commercial vehicle fleets at Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions. He now supports some of the UK’s largest mission critical fleets.

Russ Boulton, Head of Innovation and Data Insights

Russ is the architect of our award-winning TCO+ methodology and helps shape the way we deliver insight-led fleet solutions. He works alongside our Consultancy team, with a focus on innovation, data-driven decision-making and helping businesses navigate an evolving fleet landscape.

Mark Evans, Head of ESG

Mark started his career at ALD Automotive over 23 years ago, following five years of fleet management experience and a degree in geography and environmental studies. In his time with us, Mark has been a Corporate Account Manager and Fleet Consultant, before spending several years as Head of Consultancy and then last year becoming our Head of Sustainability and now Head of ESG.
