They’ll be in the Ayvens Pavilion ready to grab a coffee with you and chat about whatever fleet topics you’re interested in. This could be anything from finance trends, taxation and regulations to policy, risk, environment and operations. On the Wednesday, you can talk with Matthew Walters and Dominic Surlis, while on Thursday, it’s the turn of Phil Jones and Tash Turner.

You can also pick up a free printed copy of our 2025 Comprehensive Guide to Funding and Taxation in the Pavilion. Compiled by our consultancy team alongside experts at Deloitte, the guide gives you a comprehensive analysis of the different options available for cars and vans. It has rich insights into tax and cost implications, including funding and grants, company car tax and vehicle excise duty and the value of salary sacrifice schemes.

There’s lots more to see at the event. We’re looking forward the panel discussions about future products and developments, and the chance to see displays from more than 35 OEMs – from Abarth and Alfa Romeo to Volkswagen and Volvo. Plus, we hope to get the chance to test drive an EV or two. There are more than 300 electric cars and vans available to test across four exclusive test circuits in real-world driving conditions.

It’s going to be a great couple of days and we hope to see you there. If you haven’t picked up a free ticket yet, just use this link to register now.
