Ayvens in the UK is part of the Ayvens SA global organisation which is a subsidiary of Societe Generale group.
Although in other countries the 2 businesses of LeasePlan and ALD Automotive have been combined, in the UK we still have 2 separate businesses in operation.
In the UK, Ayvens group operates as 2 companies:
Ayvens (a trading style of LeasePlan UK Ltd) and ALD Automotive Ltd (UK).

LeasePlan UK Ltd adopted the trading style of Ayvens in October 2024.
As a LeasePlan customer, you will have started to see and hear the name Ayvens as we have gradually transitioned our business and communications.
Bringing our customer support functions together.
We are gradually bringing our UK businesses together and some of our support functions are now combined.
For LeasePlan customers our expert team is here to help, and your Driverline phone numbers remain unchanged. Our suppliers continue to support your services and reflect the Ayvens name in their communications.
Some customers have transferred across from LeasePlan to ALD Automotive Ltd
You will have been contacted about this change confirming that our services continue as normal, and you are now supported through ALD Automotive systems, processes and customer teams. This approach enables a consistent and streamlined experience for customers.
